Arrived. Marmit DX version. Just under 18 inches tall. It's a nice sculpt, but I think the colorway was a spray-over--so it was a bit strong coming out of the bag! I'd like to see a vinyl base done like the last standard Booska they did. Just letting it air out a bit here. Almost down to only needing the Hiruma Model Craft Booska--which is a stupidly huge Grail for me. I have the shelves adjusted for height should it ever find me. In the meantime, I'm locating characters I like that the suit actor played, like King Joe, Kanegon, and Chibira-kun.
ImI just NOW noticing the 3 black vinyl Booska in the top back of the lot. Holy crap. Nice work grabbing those.
Made in China, but I'll allow it. Question for anyone who might know: is there a sitting w/ ramen mini US TOYS Booska with painted eyes instead of googly eyes? Answer: nope.
I like it! Strangely enough, the official MARUSAN 2007 release of the 40cm Booska (the one in the white box) was made in China. I could never understand why?
I'm not sure. I thought that it was some kind of reissue. If anyone has any information on this sculpt, please leave it here!
Blue glow Marugacha. I now have painted (glow and orange-red) and unpainted versions. Pretty-much done with that!
Banira's suit was recycled for the Kaiju, Imora, on the Booska show. This is a bullmark mini sculpt of Banira.
Hey, @Vombie! Whatchu doing tomorrow night? Finally a teensy bit of US love for everyone's favorite mutant iguana.
Been a while…! New toy deserves new post. This is from Swimmy Design Lab. Really fun in-person. Hoping they do other characters from the show.
prices are stupid—and I got mine for a bit less—but it’s got a nice presence. Got a size comparison shot. Enjoy
It was a must have for me too. They've released a 2nd pink version, so hopefully there will be a lot more and the prices will drop...They're already starting to fall a bit.
