Although there were few incredible surprise figures, this was my favorite bag mix of recent years: - Return to a focus on Gargamel toys. No collaborative figures, which may or may not be of interest to the purchaser. - First production release of 2 Mecha Zags, both using all-new sculpts (versus the Cyborg Zag, which reuses the Zag parts). - T/O color Garudan. This seems like a perfect fit for the T/O color scheme, as Garudan is the only standard size G figure that is 'original' and not a Zokki riff on another character (I think?). - More Vendor Robos. The only figure that felt kind of weak was the unpainted GID Garudan, and mostly because we've had a painted GID Garudan in a past year's bag. If I were to do something differently, I would have offered painted and unpainted versions of each standard size figure. That seems like it would have offered more variety without adding greatly to the workload. I guess that would have made completists crazy. My hope for next year... Mecha Zag w/ guts!
I wish Kiyoka could have done the 2018 Garudan like the 2013 Deathra. Clear body and head (with GID inside) and solid arms legs and wings.

Also, I could be imagining this, but I feel like there's been fewer sales this year of LB figures on the boards which to me means that the people who bought bags have been generally happy. No that there hasn't been any sales but I feel like there are fewer compared to previous years.
Huh??? With only 2 real bag variations it was a 50/50 chance you were 'Lucky' (an effect enhanced with the lack of mid-size 'filler). I landed the 'wrong' bag but got lucky with trades. It feels like there are more guys than usual dumping whole bags (entire contents and keeping nothin') this time around . . . although most are happy selling around retail which is cool!
when I say the flip game is shook, what I'm saying is that people who would normally try to flip toys would have a hard time flipping this year since most the bags are fairly uniform and trade has been pretty easygoing. it was just a joke that flippers have it rough right now, and they are targeted pretty hard for being dirtbags, not that they don't deserve it...
Beautiful. My dream pull would be a painted Mecha Zag with gun hands, but I don't think that's actually a permutation that was included in the bag. Shame that the painted guns are only on the rarest figure.
I got my bag in from Rotofugi last week and got the standard TO garudan + zag bag. Standard but still great toys. If anything, I would have preferred another pocket over the micros, but seems like I'd be beating a dead horse to bring that subject up

I'm a huge fan of the garudan, so couldn't be more happy to see the TO in my bag! The silver in the wings and head is subtle and compliments the figure well. I agree that a garudan variation on the deathra GID would have been a nice touch, but I can also see why they might not have wanted to repeat it. So far, a little disappointing to see the painted miborah showing up only in the bag of angel abbey and mandrake, unless i missed something.

So under #ggml on Instagram im seeing Asia and Europe mostly got the micro Coke bottle Conifas. I havent seen one in the U.S. yet. (Unless I missed it)
